ABOUT THE CLUB

Hi! I’m Jess, a Pilates Instructor in Wiltshire and founder of My Pilates Club. Located in Swindon, I provide a wide variety of pilates classes for just about every level of Pilates experience.

Pilates allows me to ground myself and build strength leaving me with a deep sense of wellbeing and empowerment.  This is the feeling I want all my clients to experience. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, My Pilates Club has something for everyone!

Each class is carefully curated every week thus providing a variety of movements to challenge key areas of the body throughout the class. Jess has a beautifully calm demeanour and provides very clear instructions and demonstrations - with Jess always highlighting alternative movements to allow for injuries, capabilities or simply for those sluggish days. Jess’s knowledge clearly shines through after her years of study as she explains the movements we do and the benefits.
